High-temperature Proton Conductor Hydrogen Sensor for Tritium Monitoring

In order to develop the trace tritium monitoring technologies in exhaust gas of nuclear power plants and other apparatus, a high-temperature proton conductor ceramic CaZr0.9In0.1O3-α was used as hydrogen sensor for monitoring. The extraction characteristics an electrochemical isotopes using one-closed tube were studied case helium with 100 ppm 10ppm levels hydrogen, respectively. These results indicated that about 99% at anode recovered cathode, will be one potential technologies. driving force extracting difference without pressurization, so can extract from low-pressure isotope by only loading direct current voltage.
